To gain an understanding of the nature, process, and relevance of communication 2. To improve one's comprehension of communication skills and cultivate effective communication skills 3. To have an understanding of the meaning of the terms "personality" and "personality development" 4. To get an understanding of and ability to create the multiple personality traits that is necessary for personality development 5. To read others' body language and to decipher what your own body is communicating. 6. To help fight procrastination, acquire precise goal setting abilities, efficiently manage time, become self-motivated, and complete critical activities. 7. Increase effectiveness by carefully listening and recognize the distinction between 'hearing' and 'listening' 2. Acquire the skills necessary to listen actively and a greater understanding of their communication behaviors 3. Utilize own profiling tool to gain insight into personality type and communication preferences. 4. Recognize the personality traits and communication preferences of others 5. Acquire the ability to modify own communication style in response to circumstance and necessity. 6. Acquire the ability to interpret gestures into words and how to prevent frequent body language blunders. 7. Recognize the significance of face expressions in body language. 8.
