        and compensation based on their demonstrated skill and 
    R   experience.  The Stripes for Skills program is the Army’s way of 
        recognizing Warriors who can accelerate their learning and skill 
        level. 
    T   This class will introduce some preventative measures you can 
        employ and basic first aid techniques that are important to 
     
        survival in your role as a Soldier.

        Action:  Evaluate a Casualty and Practice Individual Preventive 
     
        Medicine Countermeasures
    R   Conditions:  Given a Soldier who has signs and/or symptoms of an 
        injury
     
    T   Standards:  Identify all injuries and/or conditions that require 
        immediate first aid in the correct sequence and applied preventive 
        medicine countermeasures to protect, as appropriate
