DEBATE GROUPS TOXIC JUDGES TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP INSERT INSERT INSERT NAMES NAMES NAMES THE DEBATE INTENT Debate: Is Principal Joe Clark a transformational leader based on the evidence of this clip? Team Transformational (team 1) will argue the affirmative using Transformational Leadership Theory as the basis of argument. Team Toxic (team 2) will argue the negative using Toxic Leadership Theory as the basis of argument. The judge(s) will decide the winning team based on how well teams support their arguments using respective theories. RULES No person may present the team’s entire argument over the course of the debate. All team members must participate through some portion of the debate. If a team does not use all of its allotted debate time, then that time is forfeited, not surrendered to the other team.
