NHHFA Financing Application Instructions: This financing application has color coded tabs that must be completed, based on the financing type being requested by the applicant: Type of financing: New Construction/ Refinance - No Refinance - with LIHTC 4%/9% Sub Rehab Construction Construction Blue Tabs x x x x Green Tabs x Red Tabs x x x All sections of the tab are required. Staff reserves the right to reject partially completed applications. Please ensure that when submitting the completed application, that Section 2 of the Development Team tab is signed and mailed to the Authority along with the applicable application fee. Details for each tab: Project Info This tab is used to gather general information about the project, including unit details and building features. Closing S&U This tab lists the financing sources and the construction/soft cost uses for closing/ construction. Inc & Exp This tab captures rent and other income information, and lists the proposed operating budget. Dev Team This tab captures the members of the project's development team. Pro Forma This tab is pre-filled, and is used to analyze the income/expense trending. LIHTC Info This tab is filled out when applying for 4% and/or 9% LIHTC's. Mgt Agt Quest This tab is filled out when applying for 9% LIHTC's. Const S&U This tab should be filled out when monthly construction draws are anticipated, usually in conjunction with a CM or GC monthly draw schedule. Dev Fee This tab is used to calculate the maximum developer fee, based on occupancy type and the level of rehabilitation.
