Environment Management
This worksheet is used to track all customer requirements, tasks and issues through completion or resolution.
Customer requirements can then be used as testing scripts prior to go live.
The ID# can be be used as a reference point for lessons learned from issues that arose during the project.
ID # will also assist with tracking issues and the subsequent tasks (ex: 1, 1.01. 1.02, etc.) related to resolving the issues.
